Mit selbstgerechten Buns und Patty\u00b4s.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Hier ein Rezept f\u00fcr Buns &#8211; mit langer Teigf\u00fchrung aber umwerfender Geschmack.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Hauptteig:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>700 g Weizenmehl 700 (f\u00fcr unsere deutschen B\u00e4cker 550)<\/li>\n<li>380 g Milch (3,5% Fett)<\/li>\n<li>14 g Frischhefe<\/li>\n<li>12 g Salz<\/li>\n<li>40 g Zucker<\/li>\n<li>50 g Pflanzen\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 Ei<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alle Zutaten jeweils 5 Minuten auf niedrigster auf zweiter Stufe zu einem mittelfesten Teig kneten.<\/p>\n<p>Den Teig f\u00fcr 48 Stunden bei 4-6\u00b0C im K\u00fchlschrank lagern.<\/p>\n<p>Den nicht akklimatisierten Teig auf ca 2,5 cm ausrollen und mit einer Ausstechform von 8 cm Durchmesser ausstechen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Teiglinge 2,5 Stunden bei ca. 24\u00b0C auf Backpapier abgedeckt gehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Backofen auf 200 Grad aufheizen und ca. 20 Minuten backen. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen und nach Wunsch f\u00fcllen.
