Tomatenmark einr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nKurz aufkochen lassen und ab in den Backofen.<br \/>\nBei ca 180 Grad verbleibt der Octopus f\u00fcr ca. 90 Min. Nach 60 Min. auf 150 Grad reduzieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Den Octopus in kleinere St\u00fccke zerteilen. Den Bratensaft mit Salz u. Pfeffer abschmecken.
