Also kann das Experiment &#8222;Backen im Dutch Oven&#8220; beginnen. Alles was man so braucht ins Auto verfrachtet. Sicherheitshalber auch Holzkohle eingepackt, falls das dortige Treibholz noch nass ist.<\/p>\n<p>Der Sauerteig ist fertig, also schnell noch den Brotteig geknetet und ab ins G\u00e4rk\u00f6rbchen. Bis ich am Grillplatz bin und ein Feuer zum Gl\u00fchen gebracht habe, bleibt also noch gen\u00fcgend Zeit f\u00fcr den Teig sich richtig zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Ich komme mir vor, wie die ersten Einwanderer die Amerika besiedelten und auch in so einen Dutch Oven ihr Brot gebacken haben.<\/p>\n<p>Das Aufheizen des Dutch Oven erfordert ein wenig \u00dcbung, man sollte darauf achten die Unterhitze recht moderat anzufeuern, oben drauf kanns ruhig mehr sein. Mein Brot wurde unten ein wenig zu schwarz &#8211; aber das macht nichts, der Geschmack war einfach eine Wucht.
